After retiring from a successful career as a hairdresser, Dee discovered her true calling in real estate in 2015 and opened Bentley Real Estate in 2017 to create a business rooted in small-town values, community, and family. Dee has strong Parke County family ties, but grew up in Fountain county. Her deep local knowledge and hands-on approach make her a trusted and respected professional across west-central Indiana.
Dee is licensed in Property and Casualty Insurance and partners with Valley Insurance in Attica, giving her clients an extra level of service and expertise. She takes pride in staying personally involved throughout every step of the buying and selling process—from the first showing to closing day and often long after. Known for her warmth, integrity, and attention to detail, she treats every client like family and is dedicated to making every real estate experience as smooth and stress-free as possible.
When she’s not helping clients, Dee enjoys spending time outdoors, leading Bible studies, mushroom hunting, and taking Jeep rides on country roads. Her greatest joy, however, comes from spending time with her three grown sons and four grandchildren—one of whom has lovingly been her “unlicensed assistant” since he was just six weeks old. Whether she’s navigating rural farmland, exploring country homes, or guiding first-time buyers, Dee brings heart, experience, and authenticity to everything she does—gravel dust, Jeep hair, and all.
